We are now looking for a curious and positive dental nurse for our clinic in Boo, Nacka, as one of our dental nurses is moving on to new challenges.

Your Mission

As a dental nurse with us, you will work with adults, teenagers, and children with varying care needs. You will work in a team with dentists. Your responsibilities include assistance, sterilization, and reception work with a strong focus on customer service. Furthermore, in your role, you will share your experiences to motivate and inspire your colleagues.

The clinic in Boo, Nacka is located in Orminge center, about 20 minutes by direct bus from Slussen. We are 24 colleagues who enjoy working together and help each other with both big and small tasks. There is a good number of patients, and we work with both children and adults with varying care needs. The clinic is characterized by a good working environment, engaged and friendly staff with broad expertise. You will have access to modern equipment with brand new chairs (2024) and treatment rooms (2025). The clinic is located in an area where you have access to various restaurants, gyms, and several grocery stores.

What You Need to Succeed

We are looking for someone with a completed dental nurse education, and you are welcome to have good experience. Additionally, you are a person who is motivated to further develop your skills and competence. For you, quality dental care is a given, as is a professional approach to both customers and colleagues. You maintain a high level of service and have excellent communication skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. As a person, you are positive and solution-oriented even in challenging situations. You take feedback constructively and see it as an opportunity to grow. We highly value your personal qualities.

Employment

Welcome with your application by January 18, 2026. The position is a permanent full-time employment. A probationary period may occur, and start date will be agreed upon. We will take references from your clinic manager if you have been/currently are employed with us.

Selection Process

We hope you want to be a part of us. The application period is from December 25, 2025, to January 18, 2026. The selection process will begin on January 19 due to holidays.

Before the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must present a valid work permit or documentation showing that you are exempt from the requirement. A successful employment background check is also required to be considered for employment.
